What we collect

We hold pupil records, contact details, attendance and assessment information as part of our duties as a school. Where you contact us through this website we collect only the name, contact details and message you provide.

Why we hold it

We process this information to educate and safeguard children, to communicate with families, and to meet our statutory reporting duties. We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Pupil records are retained in line with Education Authority retention guidance. Website enquiries are deleted once the matter has been dealt with.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or raise a concern. Please write to the Principal at the school address or email info@killyleaghips.org.uk.

Photographs

Photographs of children appear on this website and in newsletters only where parental consent has been given. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the office.
